Interland uses state-of-the-art equipment and software for a fast backup and recovery. Backups can be performed on a daily or weekly basis and are stored onsite. The backup hardware is stored in a separate secure area of our data center. Access is limited to the system administrators only. You do not need to buy any special equipment or backup tapes.


Backup network traffic, which normally amounts to a few GB per month, may incur additional bandwidth costs if you are at the limit of your bandwidth allocation.
